If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can order your prescription in a number of different ways:

Or you can telephone between 10.00-11.00 and 14.00-15.00 on (0191) 264 1014.
Your prescription will be available in two working days. You can collect your prescription from a pharmacy of your choice or alternatively, if you provide a supply of stamped addressed envelopes we will post your prescription out to you.
Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)
The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is an NHS service. It gives you the chance to change how your GP sends your prescription to the place you choose to get your medicines or appliances from.
