We are delighted to let you know that our team has received the prestigious accolade of “Practice Administration Team of the Year” at the national 2012 General Practice Awards ceremony in London. In addition, we were finalists in the “General Practice of the Year” category. Apparently there were hundreds of applications from throughout the country.
Our application was based on some work we have performed to improve the way incoming patient related mail from hospitals is processed within the surgery, resulting in much more efficient processes and significantly faster turn around times for any actions that need to be communicated to patients.
It is a great achievement for our team to receive such high profile national recognition.
