Dear Patients,
It is with mixed emotions that I write this note to inform you that after 7 inspiring years at the practice, I will be moving on from the brilliant team at Throckley Primary Care at the end of this week.
I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to serve such a friendly and close community.
