Together with Healthwatch Newcastle, Newcastle Carers and Newcastle Gateshead CCG we are calling on carers to give their views and feedback about their experiences as a carer, the experiences of the person they’re caring for and where they have accessed information and support during the pandemic.
The findings from the survey will be used to plan and improve the support and services available to carers in Newcastle.
The survey can be completed by going to www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/newcastlecarers21 or carers can contact Newcastle Carers to request a survey: Monday to Friday 9am -5pm on 0191 2755060 or by emailing info@newcastlecarers.org.uk
The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and there is a chance of winning one of three £50 cash prizes as a thank you to carers for taking part.
