The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private blood tests, private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, fitness to fly, fitness to use a gym, fitness to race cars, fitness to scuba dive, private prescriptions. Our fees for these services are displayed in the surgery.
