You can now register for online services which will allow you to order repeat prescriptions and book appointments, you can do this by either ringing the practice or come down and register with a receptionist.
You are now able to view your Summary Medical Records (current medication, allergies & adverse reactions) online as well as booking an appointment and ordering your repeat medication. You will need to come into the practice and fill in a form and also provide TWO forms of ID to register for this service. One must have photographic evidence e.g. Passport, Driving Licence and the second should confirm you live at the registered address.
